Job Profiling

Only by having a true understanding of the ‘behaviours’ you need from a person in a specific role will you be able to select the right person to fill a job. Job Profiling allows you to break down the component parts of a job in a natural and intuitive way – giving you a ‘template’ for a job into which you can compare a candidate, assessing whether they offer a best fit in terms of a behavioural profile.
