A Continuous Improvement Facilitator position has just arisen for a manufacturing company based in Kent!

As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator you will be responsible for developing and implementing improvement programmes in all departments, focusing on energy and waste reduction, process and productivity, to minimise cost for the company and the customers. You will be granted all the freedom you need to drive through change.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A successful record in a continuous improvement role in manufacturing
- Have a sound working knowledge of ‘lean’ tools and techniques
- Individual who can negotiate at all levels
- Drive change
