Our client is currently recruiting for an ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER to manage a busy high pressured manufacturing site near Thirsk / Northallerton.

The ideal candidate will be:
- A natural leader
- A good communicator
- Have a number of years experience
- Understanding of budget control and PPM structures would be preferable
- Having gained tech line process control experience would be desirable

Qualifications
- Hold some elec qualification
- Possess a good electrical and mechanical understanding
- Good IT skills

The role will involve managing a team of 3 electrical engineers. Therefore the right candidate must have the drive to make a difference, gaining respect within the team and implementing change efficiently.

The position is a day role Monday to Friday. Excellent salary is offered in the region of £30,000 per annum with on call allowance.
