Our client is currently recruiting for a SUPERVISOR to manage a busy, high pressured manufacturing site near to Thirsk / Northallerton.

They are ideally looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Team Leader or Supervisor within a manufacturing environment.
Awareness of lean manufacturing will be beneficial as the business is currently implementing these standards.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident individual
- Able to gain respect quickly
- Be a good communicator
- Understanding of output would be beneficial

The role is offered on a permanent basis with salary in the region of £25,000 per annum. Immediate start available.
